About

I am an artist and instructor at AUArts living in Calgary, Alberta. I received my MFA from the University of Alberta in 2006. I have shown nationally and internationally; recent exhibitions include the International Printmaking Biennial of Douro, and Printed in Canada (a curated exhibition of Canadian printmakers in Taiwan). My work is the collection of several major institutions including the Alberta Foundation for the Arts and the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard University. My work is based on the everyday, trying to find interesting structures in cookie-cutter neighbourhoods, and the body’s resilience/failure in the face of illness.
